Use of noodles, aqua gloves and foam dumbbells help to burn fat, develop lean muscles, improve posture and enhance endurance. Aqua Pump Aqua Pump is geared to those who need to let off a little steam. It’s a fast-paced class combining cardiovascular conditioning with upper and lower body toning. Group StrengthThis intense class will make you burn fat and tone your body. This pure body sculpting program is the ultimate in group exercise weight training to music. Deep Water Aerobics The use of a flotation device makes this class the most challenging water class. Parkinson’s Conditioning This land class is specifically for people living with Parkinson’s. It includes gentle and appropriate exercises to help increase flexibility, overall strength and stamina. Working with Weights Explore free weights, strength training and flexibility training. This class is the closest workout to personal training in a group setting. ZumbaZumba is a dance/exercise regimen done to a mix of Latin and international music. There are three or four moves that repeat, so it is easy for people to pick up. Taught by a Certified Zumba Instructor!
