Pilates

Transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Build core strength, tone, develop body awareness, improve posture and alleviate back pain.

Core Fitness

This group training class uses weights, stability balls, bands and stretching to strengthen your core, improve range of motion and tone major muscle groups. Great for fitness beginners.

Group Strength

Burn fat and tone your body as you sculpt your body, improve cardio and metabolic exercise in group weight-training to music.

Aqua Aerobics

A total body workout in the water, designed to burn fat and develop muscle. This water exercise class has no impact on the joints and muscles.

Hydro-Pilates

This non-impact class includes moves from Pilates, Ah Chi and Yoga. Practicing Pilates in the water develops core strength, stabilization, helps correct posture, and improves balance. The relief of stress is an extra bonus from this class.

Parkinson’s

This floor class is designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s. It includes gentle and specific exercises to increase flexibility, overall strength and stamina.

AM Aerobics

Start the day right with this energy-charged, spirited aerobics class. Move with motivational dance and a marvelous set of toning exercises.

Rise & Shine

This class uses continuous and sustained movement for improving heart and lung function, back strengthening, tummy flattening and bone building.

Fitness Workout Rooms

Stay active and healthy in our Fitness Rooms. The new J-Fit Pass allows you to access Cardio equipment, muscle-specific weight machines, free-weights and other workout equipment including stability balls, bands and stretching areas. Basic locker room facilities available. Please bring your own towel and lock.
