Free Fitness Trial

It's the first anniversary of our separate gender workout facilities! December 1-22, enjoy a FREE 3 week fitness trial. Women only classes such as Tae-Robics, Funk Dance, Self Defense, Simcha Dancing, and more will be offered for FREE. Come try us out! NEW! Separate Gender Workout Facilities

Separate facilities are designed to honor and respect observant life-styles. The goal is to promote health and well-being among the Orthodox community, while generating enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

  • Facility offers separate men’s workout rooms (Menzone) and separate women’s workout rooms (Womenzone)
  • Menzone and Womenzone include weight rooms with weight equipment and free weights. They both also have cardio rooms that include treadmills, elliptical, bikes and a rower. Members also have access to mats, balls and other stretching and balancing equipment.
  • The Womenzone room also includes a private women’s changing room.
  • Both the Menzone and Womenzone have nearby access to full-service locker rooms, swimming pool with separate gender times and programs, exercise classes and a gymnasium.
  • Menzone and Womenzone members have access to Personal Trainers for an additional fee.
  • Variety of memberships available to suit you and your family’s needs.
  • Hours
    Monday–Thursday: 6:00am-10:00pm
    Sunday, 8:00am-10:00pm,
    Friday and Saturday nights vary seasonally.

Building Hours of Operation

Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–10:00pm
Friday: 6:00 am–5:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am–10:00pm
*Fitness Center hours are the same as the building hours of operation.
