Small group sizes help campers build confidence and develop new friendships while enjoying fun-filled days of American Red Cross Swim instruction, art, sports and more. Yedidim swims 2 times per week and Chaverim 3 times per week. Machaneh Teva  August 12-17 • 2–7 yrs • 9:00am–noon A one week nature based specialty camp for preschoolers–2nd grade with programming provided by The Gan Project and Bernard Horwich JCC. Participants will play in nature while using all five senses (touch, taste, smell, hearing, and sight) to discover the many Sababa (amazing) plants and creatures that live at The Gan Project Homestead. Machaneh Teva is a Co-Ed program.
Day Camp for BoysMachaneh Sport  Boys • 1st–3rd grade This unique camp combines team sports, contests and game play with an innovative Judaic curriculum. Participants develop skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork. All campers take field trips sporting events and local attractions, swim four days each week (American Red Cross swim instruction and free swim), daven daily and learn with our Camp Rabbi’s twice each week. First and second graders have a special late night and BBQ at the JCC! Third graders have a super-sports late night program and participate in a weekly choice specialty program. Machaneh Sport V’od  Boys • 4th–5th grade Enthusiastic athletes find more choice, variety, league play and compelling Jewish study in this competitive sports program focusing on improving skills and developing sportsmanship. Campers choose their own specialty activities, swim four days each week (American Red Cross swim instruction and free swim), daven twice daily and have a Judaic specialty with the Camp Rabbi twice each week. Weekly field trips and a supersports late night undernighter add excitement and encourage independence. Machaneh Chavayah  Boys • 6th–8th grade Experienced campers love this on-the-go experience that combines urban discovery and outdoor adventure with Judaic learning and daily davening. Boys head out three times a week on full-day adventures to museums, sporting events, behind–the–scenes tours and amusements. Campers enjoy one overnighter to bond with friends and spend 2 days each week participating in camp activities and choice specialties including swimming, social action and Judaic learning with the Camp Rabbi.
Day Camp for GirlsMachaneh Dimyonah
Girls • 1st–3rd grade Age–appropriate and grade specific fun and creativity for girls, includes weekly field trips, swimming four days each week (American Red Cross swim instruction and free swim) and specialty activities including gymnastics and mixed media arts. First and second graders have a special late night and BBQ at the JCC. Third graders have a super-sports late night program and participate in a weekly choice specialty program. Machaneh Dimyonah V’od  Girls • 4th–5th grade Seasoned campers love the variety in this program. Along with favorite camp activities, weekly field trips and a special late night undernighter encouraging independence, girls choose their own specialty activities to enjoy three times a week. Campers swim four days each week (American Red Cross swim instruction and free swim), daven daily and learn with our Camp Rabbi twice each week. Machaneh Chavayah  Girls • 6th–8th grade Experienced campers love this on-the-go experience that combines urban discovery with outdoor adventure. Other ProgramsCIT Program  Girls • 8th–10th grade | Boys • 8th–10th grade Teens learn, in gender-specific training groups and assignments, the skills and responsibilities of a JCC counselor. CITs assist with swimming, art, sports and games and go on special field trips. Hands-on experiences and training by professional staff help CITs develop leadership and communications skills. 5th–8th grade — Day Camp/Overnight Combo 5th–9th grade — 3.5 wks Overnight Only Imagine days and nights of fun, excitement and Judaic learning with friends old and new. Spend three weeks stepping out of your usual routine and be yourself. Experience 600 beautiful acres of lake, outdoor and adventure activities as well as cultural arts, sports, swimming , ruach–filled Shabbos programs and daily Jewish learning. Take two off-site field trips, annual camper favorites, and enjoy the outdoor pool, boating cove, air-conditioned gym, theater and recreation center.
