In 2008 JCC of Chicago is opening a new facility will serve the community with year-round Early Childhood programs and is the home to the new JCC Elaine Frank Day Camp. A generous lead contribution from the Frank family, honoring Mrs. Elaine Frank, which led to major contributions from other donors, has made the development of this new facility possible. Serving children 4 years–6th grade with bus service - Magical summer experiences, building lifelong friendships
