Sports & Recreation 

For the sports enthusiast, weekend player, or aspiring young athlete, Perlstein offers both indoor and outdoor recreational options.

Our indoor athletic complex features college-regulation size volleyball and basketball courts, game rooms with ping pong, a variety of board games, and a workout center. Several nearby PGA 18-hole golf courses are available to guests on a regular basis.

Our workout center is equipped with treadmills, recumbent bicycles, elliptical exercise machines, and strength and weight training equipment.

Tennis players can pick up a game on any of our six outdoor courts. Perlstein is surrounded by miles of scenic trails, perfect for nature hikes, biking, jogging, or quiet reflection. During the summer, children and adults enjoy swimming, playing, and relaxing in our heated, outdoor pool. Many head out to our private boating cove for canoeing, row boating, sailing, fishing, and kayaking.

Art Room

Perlstein provides guests with a space to explore their creative side. Bring the materials you will need for your project and we’ll provide you the space to create lasting memories of your Perlstein vacation. The art room is located in the lower level lodge.

Team Building with Outdoor Adventures

Teams and adventurous groups looking to test their mettle, build confidence and camaraderie, and develop teamwork skills can arrange to use Perlstein's 47-foot climbing and rappelling wall and high and low ropes challenge courses. The wall and challenge courses offer varying levels of difficulty and are suitable for both children and adults. Groups can visit for a day or overnight.

Use of these adventure facilities requires professional supervision arranged by Perlstein staff at an additional cost.

Relaxation

Perlstein offers many quiet spots to read, relax, and talk with friends. Guests can relax in front of our indoor fireplace overlooking the lake, or read a book outside on our deck.

Pavilion

Our spacious pavilion can be the perfect peaceful setting for a religious service or used as an extra program space. Equipped with a stage and sound system, it could also be a great place to host an entertainer or speaker.
