The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) is, an art exhibition and reception designed to build community and awareness by featuring artwork created by people living with this disease. Artists share their works of art from a variety of media including painting, sculpture, photography, woodworking, jewelry making and more.

Presented in cooperation with the Jewish Community Center of Chicago, The “Art” of Living with Parkinson’s Disease will showcase the inspiration and determination of artists in overcoming the many day-to-day challenges of living with this disease. This year’s event includes a special exhibit honoring the memory of artist Rozanne Gerstman.

This event is free of charge and open to the public.
