All JCC facilities are DCFS licensed prior to opening. The Department of Children and Family Services of the State of Illinois sets forth the standards for licensed centers in order to operate. It makes sure that the facility complies with the rules set down by the State regarding administration, staffing, program requirements, structure and safety, health and hygiene, and facility and equipment.
