An Illinois initiative to make voluntary high-quality preschool available to all 3- and 4- year old free of charge. The program is taught by 04 certified teachers and paraprofessional assistants and includes superior curriculum and assessment. Other required program elements include parent education and involvement, community collaboration and professional development. Consult the site director for program availability.
