What do you do when your regular child care arrangements fall apart? JCC early childhood services is here for you so you can maintain your schedule during these sometimes stressful and unexpected situations. You’ll have the peace of mind you need to go about your day knowing your child is receiving the best care and education at the JCC.

Why use JCC backup child care?

JCC Backup child care is the perfect supplement to your regular child care arrangements. Parents use our backup child care for a variety of common issues that cause disruption in their schedules:

• Primary child care becomes unavailable
• Family member or care provider
  vacations and sick days
• Doctor and other appointments
• Nanny turnover
• School vacations and holidays
• Snow days
• Other work/life/family issues you may face

How it works?

Every child in the JCC program must be registered through our registration process. You can register your child by contacting the participating Early Childhood Center near you. There is a minimal registration fee at the time of registration. 

Once your child is registered, you can use our services by calling the center for reservations. Reservations are preferred 24 hours in advance and are on a first come first served basis. Your child will be integrated into the age appropriate full or half day program depending upon your needs. The best way for you to find out more about a typical day at JCC Early Childhood Learning Centers is to speak with the Director, meet the teachers and see it firsthand through a personal tour.
