JCC Directors

Each JCC Early Childhood location is supervised by an onsite director who oversees all day-to-day activities. These degreed educational professionals work closely with staff and make sure their site meets the standards of excellence set for all JCC Chicago locations. Only the best are here!

JCC Teachers

Our educators have academic degrees in Early Childhood or a related discipline and receive continuous development, support and training in and out of the classroom. Our staff are experts in curriculum planning and understand the latest trends in early childhood education and child development. Added to their expertise is another common denominator – caring dedication!

Social Services Staff

Our team of licensed early childhood social workers and professional counselors are an invaluable resource to parents, teachers and directors. They help enhance the educational and psycho-social development of the children in our programs and ensure that they are being guided to reach their full potential. The social services staff partners with parents and teachers to differentiate curriculum based on the individual needs of each child and to support families in addressing the common challenges that may occur while raising young children. The social services staff provide educational training for families and teachers and act as a liaison between parents, outside service providers and JCC personnel to provide consistency and foster a positive home-school connection.

Agency Management Team

To offer the best possible educational experience consistently across all centers, we rely on our team of highly experienced early childhood education administrators and educators as well as individuals with expertise in social services, child development and Jewish education. This Agency Management Team researches and explores new and innovative curricula and teaching methods and considers their potential value to JCC. This team also guides professional development and works closely with accreditation institutions.
