Exploring, learning, succeeding
Your child is at the center of all we do at JCC Chicago
Our educators, social workers and specialists are the best in their fields, here to support you and your child. We consistently surpass state and national standards for excellence and every one of our locations is accredited by NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children), the highest accreditation organization in the country. We help children develop trust while encouraging independence and building skills. Our Infant/Toddler Care, Preschool/Pre-K and Kindergarten programs foster kindness, caring and sharing and embrace Jewish life!
You’re in a nationally recognized program
JCC Early Childhood consistently meets and exceeds the requirements for NAEYC and Kehillah accreditations for excellence in early childhood education. You can be assured that exceptional performance against these stringent standards is what we expect of ourselves. We give your children the best!
Parents mean the world to us
Sharing your child’s precious early years is our privilege. As partners, we’ll keep each other informed and involved through ongoing communication and regular teacher conferences. For more than 100 years, JCC Chicago has partnered with parents to help children acquire the skills, knowledge and desire needed to excel in school and in life. Give your family the benefit of our experience!
Join our Jewish community
Share the warmth of Shabbat celebrations and family get-togethers at the “J”! Your child is learning respect for himself, others and the world around him. Guided by the Jewish calendar, classes come alive with songs, stories and traditions. These meaningful lessons have value for children of all backgrounds, and all are welcome at JCC Chicago.
Amazing staff makes all the difference
JCC is proud of our locally and nationally recognized staff. Your child will come to know and love our dedicated teachers, directors and social service professionals. Your JCC team is made up of highly experienced, caring people, trained in early childhood development. Our wonderful specialists are trained to teach children art, music, drama and other disciplines. We aim to meet your family’s every need!
Safety and security is a top priority
Only the highest standards will do for our facilities and staff. In addition to our secure properties, teachers undergo background checks and receive training in CPR, first-aid, managing food allergies, handling severe weather and preventing injury and illness.
Financial assistance is available
We understand that every family situation is unique. Let us help you find a way to make our program a reality for your child. Call any of our directors to confidentially discuss fee assistance.
